This endpoint uploads a CSV to create multiple holdings, to various client accounts, with different quantities and registration dates

This endpoint expects an object.

The uuid of the issuance whose conditions will be applied to the granted holdings

This is the csv content that lists all grants to create. The expected data for each row is : beneficiary-client-account-id, registration date in the format yyyy-mm-dd, integer quantity to bestow

A successful response.
