Create asset

Starts a create-asset operation and returns the freshly-materialized AssetResourceV2 in PENDING state. The asset becomes ACTIVE and its on-chain state populated once the underlying workflow completes; consumers should poll GetAssetV2 to observe progress. The CREATE operation itself is queryable via ListAssetOperationsV2.

AssetParamsV2 carries blockchain-specific params for asset creation. Exactly one branch must be set. Non-Canton branches are INTERNAL at launch — drop the field_visibility marker to re-expose.
