This endpoint creates a generic request for Cosmos. Use ‘manual’ broadcast for chains not supported natively in protect, and ‘automatic’ for the others. Required role: RequestCreator. This API can be made idempotent by generating an ID for the Request beforehand and passing it as the externalRequestId attribute
