This endpoint creates an outgoing withdrawal request for FTM. It is required to do an undelegate request before, and use the same withdrawalId. A FTM withdrawal is only possible 7 days after an undelegation. Required role: RequestCreator. This API can be made idempotent by generating an ID for the Request beforehand and passing it as the externalRequestId attribute
