This endpoint creates a sponsored create-account request that funds and creates a new XLM account on-chain. The fee-payer sponsors the new account’s base reserves and pays the transaction fee. Required role: RequestCreator. This API can be made idempotent by generating an ID for the Request beforehand and passing it as the externalRequestId attribute

Request

This endpoint expects an object.

ID of the address to create on the Stellar network. It must not already exist on-chain.

feePayerIdstringRequiredformat: "uint64"

ID of the fee-payer that sponsors the new account: it funds the account's minimum balance (base reserves) and pays the transaction fee.
